Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BIP OS (available at marketing landing pages and the web application dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and delete your account connections.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access the dashboard and use the core services, you must sign in via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your GitHub login credentials and connected sessions.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Ensuring your profile information is accurate.

3. GitHub Integrations

BIP OS connects to repository data via progressive authorization:

You must have sufficient permission to install applications on the GitHub repositories you designate for tracking.
You acknowledge that our GitHub App receives push webhook notifications and API token access matching the repositories you check.
You confirm that you will not connect repositories containing code that violates regional laws, intellectual property rights of third parties, or GitHub's acceptable use policy.

4. AI Draft Disclaimer & Responsibility

IMPORTANT: Generated drafts are suggestions only. You maintain full ownership and final publishing responsibility for all content pushed to external social platforms.

BIP OS uses third-party AI models to write drafted narratives. You acknowledge that:

AI outputs may occasionally contain factual errors, inaccurate assumptions, or formatting discrepancies.
BIP OS is not liable for reputational damage, platform suspensions, or community complaints arising from your use or publication of generated text.
You should review all generated posts before copying and posting them.
AI content generation relies on external third-party services. BIP OS cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the AI generation pipeline. When generation is temporarily unavailable, it will be retried automatically on the next scheduled cycle.
BIP OS is not liable for any delays, missed posts, or incomplete drafts resulting from temporary unavailability of the underlying AI service — factors that are outside of our direct control.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

Usage rights depend on your active plan tier:

Free Plan: Offered without cost, containing specific repository and credit caps. We reserve the right to modify limits or deactivate long-inactive accounts.
Pro Plan: Subject to subscription fees. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Refunds: Since we incur immediate costs for AI credits, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings, and your features will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

BIP OS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIP OS, ITS OPERATORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, CODE SYSTEM BREAKAGES, DATA LOSS, OR DOWNTIME) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Account Termination

You can terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account inside the dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms (for example, by attempting to scrape our internal endpoints or overload LLM request pipelines).
